But if you simply do yourself the favor (people over 35, we’re talkin to Y’ALL) of leaving the memory of the classic 1994 dark action/horror film, this remake looks quite promising. There are a few minor tonal changes from the original that we JUST suggested you refrain from mentally referencing. But viewing this through the lens of a fresh film, this looks quite unique, layered, and far more complex than some “super hero” film. Take a first look at this revisited story below.
