It was not that long ago at all that we posted some amazing work from Ekaterina Belinskaya, but here some more is yet again. Yet again this incredible photographer has caused wonder and amazement to the eye with this series of these wildly fantastical shots. The collection is titled “Paint Me Up”… Check the method.
Some of the most amazing visuals come from the most unexpected places. The Olab Coiffeurs Salon in Montreal has an incredible marketing campaign that not only shows off their hair styles, but the prowess of the make up artists as well. From the backgrounds, to the “clothing” patterns, this collection is amazing. Check the method below.

Booty booty booty. The “Swish” video came out quite a while ago, but it still makes me quite happy. Check the method.
Serge Birault is a digital artist based in Toulouse, Midi-Pyrenees, France. He works on illustrations, book covers, portraits, webdesign, flash games, flash chats, TV and Web advertisements. When it comes to Italian/Australian tri-lingual, bi-sexual models, who go out of their way to stand for something positive, Stefania Ferrario is on the top of my list. The stunningly beautiful model caught our attention during her #DropThePlus campaign, which she used make people more aware of the fact that the modeling term “Plus Sized” can be extremely damaging to minds of young girls. Stefania also shaved her head in 2012 to prove that bald is beautiful and to raise funds and awareness for cancer, alopecia and trichitillomania (an OCD disorder that leads to suffers pulling out their own lashes, eyebrows and head hair). She feels as though in society today there is far too much emphasis placed on hair, and that girls should not feel any less feminine or attractive for being bald or having extremely short hair for it can be just as sexy. And when you want hair you can easily have fun playing with wigs? Be it short hair, or long, we appreciate both Stefania’s work, and the positivity her work stands for. Check her out.
Visual wizard David Nakayama has quite the incredible collection of comic based illustrations. His wildly detailed and diverse style has been used to draw a wide range of characters from comics to fairy tale characters. Check out just a sliver of his woman based work below.
It doesn’t have to be a Wednesday for the writers to have a woman crush. The ever so lovely Jessica Marie was brought to our attention recently, and her photos are quite stunning. She says she’s always had a passion for being in front of the camera, and her desire sure does show. Check out some of her work.
Iskra Lawrence is may be one of the very many lovely women who have Instagram entranced, but she is quite unique in more ways than one. The 25-year-old model from Worcestershire, England, is technically a plus-sized model in the industry. But she’s turned that into an asset for herself and others, making a name for herself with realistic ads and empowering female body-image campaigns. She explained the complexities of being labeled a plus-sized model last year to Cosmo. Check out some more of her photos, and her powerful words below.
Absolutely every time I’ve ever met anyone and I’ve told them I’m a plus-size model, [I get told I’m not plus-size enough] without fail! Even when I’ve booked jobs and I’m on set, stylists and hair and makeup artists have commented that I don’t look big enough to be a plus model. I try to re-educate them about what a plus-size model means. Many of us lead healthy lifestyles, train in the gym regularly, and are in great shape. We represent a huge range of not only sizes, but also shapes, which I find really beautiful. I’m very proud to say I’m a plus model. I’ve learned to love my body and be proud of all my curves, and I’m so, so grateful every day to be able to work in the industry I love at my natural size. It’s frustrating that society is so set on categorizing everyone. But in the fashion industry it is difficult—most samples of straight-size are a 0 to 4 and plus is 14 to 16. It costs more to produce a range of different sample sizes. It would just be nice if everyone could accept a range of different size models without having to label them all—we are models, not numbers.
Nicole Mejia is the model from South Florida with some of the best hips and thighs in the country. This Miami native is 5’4″ and 125 lbs. of heaven and is currently studying nursing. She is relatively new to modeling but you wouldn’t know it due to her saturation of the market in South Florida working for bikini companies, fashion shows and much more.
Michelle Game is an exotic beauty mixed with Filipina/British. She was born April 25, 1985 in Angeles City P.I. She is a college graduate with a psyhcology degree, a cosmetologist, as well as a popular glamour model. Growing up in the suburbs of Dallas Texas, she eventually relocated to the Miami, Florida, and has featured in videos from Birman, Trey Songz, Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, and Fabolous. This 36C-25-37 beauty has also had her fair share of print work, gracing the pages of Kasanova Magazine, Zaria Magazine, and ‘I Love Las Vegas’ to name a few.
Action movies have been storming the box office since almost the beginning of cinema, and iconic characters have been born from countless movies, and subsequent franchises. Rating the top 10 action heroes is something any movie goer could probably do off the tops of their heads, but unfortunately female heroines have fewer spots in cinema history. This being the case, we thought we’d have a go at the top 10 (of many) female movie icons. Our honorable mention is Neytiri of ‘Avatar’. James Cameron’s most successful motion picture may be about the dopey human male who gets all of the native Na’Vi killed on the planet Pandora, but we all know that Neytiri is the real hero here. She’s the warrior who always stood by her principles, and as played by Zoe Saldana (with the aid of an army of animators), she embodied a unique new action hero for the modern age. The following list is IN an order, however, if you think the order should be moved around, feel free to comment, and let us know.
Of the two female-driven, utterly superficial action movie franchises, Resident Evil has the most personality. (Sorry, Underworld fans.) Milla Jovovich has been bounding from one ridiculous, zombie-fighting, clone-army forming situation to the next over the course of this ludicrous series, and it only gets sillier – and more entertaining – with every passing sequel. She still embodies unadulterated bad-assery in every film.
Foxy Brown’s boyfriend was a secret agent, but when he’s killed in the line of duty she goes on a one-woman mission of revenge against a vile syndicate, destroying sex traffickers and rescuing their victims. Pam Grier is described as “a whole lotta woman,” and the description fits. She is raw and powerful and is an exemplary vision of what strong, driven (black) female heroines can look like.
Although the Mad Max film is ostensibly about a male action hero, but that gets completely stolen by his female co-star. Mad Max is pretty much just along for the ride in Fury Road, while Charlize Theron’s Imperator Furiosa kidnaps a warlord’s sex slaves and fights off horde after horde of high-octane bastards in her quest to find freedom. Theron explodes off the screen, and so does practically everything else in George Miller’s acclaimed post-apocalyptic thriller.
Over the course of the two Kill Bill movies, Uma Thurman takes us on a rich and complicated journey of self-actualization, tragic love and violent vengeance. She’s a thoroughly convincing fighter who dispatches an army of masked assassins, but when the time comes to confront the man who wronged her, she can still feel recognizably human emotions. Quentin Tarantino’s films are vast in scope and intimate in nature, and Thurman gives arguably her best performance within them.
Jennifer Lawrence is building up her action movie credentials (see also: X-Men: First Class and Days of Future Past), but she will always be a legend for playing the reluctant revolutionary Katniss Everdeen in the blockbuster Hunger Games series. She’s comfortable with a bow, uncomfortable with killing, and increasingly confident leading the disenfranchised to war against an apathetic ruling class. Plus she’s a beast with the bow and arrow.
It was a miracle that Ellen Ripley even survived the first Alien movie. In James Cameron’s sequel, she finally fought back, taking the fight directly to the Alien queen and setting the stage for two more sequels in which she refused to be victimized ever again. Sigourney Weaver remains one of the great action hero icons, regardless of gender.
Sarah Connor was running from danger throughout the first Terminator movie, and runs right into it in the blockbuster sequel to save her son from yet another killer automaton bent on bringing about the apocalypse. Linda Hamilton convincingly makes the transition from victim to hero, but James Cameron’s film wisely dedicates time to illustrating the unthinkable psychological toll the events of these movies have had on a woman who, prior to these events, as just as normal as you or I. This is why we specified ‘Terminator 2’ because although she may be a regular 19 year old (Yeah… in the first one for some reason she’s 19 in the script), in the sequel she is a trained military machine, capable of flying off the rails to do whatever is necessary to save her son, and the future.
Like we said, if you think the list was missing anyone, or should be re-arranged, sound off below.

When Denise became “Miss Waldkraiburg” in 2007, it was only the beginning for the German “Wiesn-Playmate”. She was named the German Playmate of the month of October this year, just in time for the German Oktoberfest to start. Through this opportunity, Mexico’s Playboy also showed interest in the German beauty and they recently did a shoot as well. So, sure enough to say that we will hear and see more from this German model very soon.
In Germany, the German-Italian beauty Sarah Valentina Winkhaus has become well known to sports fans since she started hosting for the sports channel “Sky Sport News HD”. In her second home, Italy, people have known her for a while. There, she has been hosting for Sky Italia as Formula-1-presenter, corresponding directly from the race track.
Sarah however doesn’t only love fast cars and race tracks, she also has a huge passion for soccer and has admitted to having a hard time choosing which team to cheer for, Germany or Italy since both countries are considered her home.
Former ‘Attack The Show‘ host and Playboy Playmate Sara Jean Underwood features in this funny parody of the sexy Halloween outfit trend. Prepare to feel very confused by sexy Darth Vader, sexy Yoda, and sexy…. Admiral Ackbar.
It’s a trap. The Playboy-produced vid serves as an amusing parody of the various ridiculous sexy takes on character costumes doing the rounds, but it is also an excuse to shoot the lovely Sara Jean Underwood wearing very little. Those sneaky Nerf-herders. To be fair, some of the costumes actually look pretty cool, but sexy Bib Fortuna may haunt your nightmares for some time.
