We Are Venom.

Sony Pictures has released the official teaser trailer for Venom, and it really is a true teaser as we don’t actually get to see the titular antihero in all his glory. Instead, we’re greeted with a variety of action beats featuring Academy Award-nominated star Tom Hardy battling the demon from within.  The footage also provides us with our first official looks at 4x Academy Award-nominee Michelle Williams, Primetime Emmy-winner Riz Ahmed, and several others, but we still don’t have an real idea as to who they’re playing.

The Largest Ball Pit EVER…

Back in September, 2015, The National Building Museum in Washington D.C. hosted a 10,000 square foot ball pit filled by nearly one million recyclable translucent plastic balls. ‘The Beach’ is the brainchild of Brooklyn-based studio Snarkitecture, who sees the project as ‘an exciting opportunity to create an architectural installation that reimagines the qualities and possibilities of material, encourages exploration and interaction with one’s surroundings, and offers an unexpected and memorable landscape for visitors to relax and socialize within.’ We wish it was still open.

Ant-Man & The Wasp: Get Your First Look.

Ant-Man was a fun movie but the sequel looks waaaay better. Marvel Studios has released the first trailer for Ant-Man and The Wasp today and it gives us our first look at what to expect from the movie. There’s no mention of Janet Van Dyne here but we do get plenty of other big reveals, including a sneak peek at The Ghost, details on what happened to Scott Lang after Captain America: Civil War and more.

Even more interesting is getting to see The Wasp in action. Her powers clearly work a lot differently to Ant-Man’s and her wings and blasters both look pretty formidable as she takes on some goons.  It looks like director Peyton Reed is really upping the ante in terms of what we’ll see visually in Ant-Man and The Wasp because buildings, vehicles, and even a Pez dispenser shrink and increase in size here. What do you guys think of this first trailer for the sequel? Sound off below.

The New Tomb Raider Is Here.

The new Tomb Raider has been met with some speculation, but after this new trailer, we doubt the doubters will continue to doubt.  Featuring an amazing remix of ‘Survivor’ by 2Wei, this new look at Alicia Vikander as the iconic Lara Croft is getting people excited for the film.

Justin Timberlake Is Back.

Justin Timberlake has shared a video for his new song “Filthy.” Watch it below. In the Mark Romanek-directed clip, Timberlake plays a Steve Jobs-type character who introduces the world to a provocative dancing robot. “Filthy” appears on his new album Man of the Woods, which arrives February 2. It features contributions from Timbaland, the Neptunes, Alicia Keys, and Chris Stapleton. His last record The 20/20 Experience arrived in 2013, along with its companion LP. Timberlake is set to perform at the 2018 Super Bowl Halftime Show on February in Minneapolis, 14 years after his performance with Janet Jackson.

The NEW Atari?!

Atari dominated the 1970s with games and consoles that delighted everyone for over a decade. In fact, some may say Atari even gave us Apple Computers and Steve Jobs, after he moved onto developing the most valuable company in the world with Woz post working on the Atari title Breakout in 1976 (Breakout was the basis and inspiration for certain aspects of the Apple II personal computer). However, Atari saw its decline towards the end of the 80s, with the likes of Nintendo and Sega taking the mantle. A little over 40 years later, Atari is back to reclaim past glory. Teased at CES back in June/July, the Ataribox home finally begins its pre-orders this Thursday.

The device will have a custom AMD processor and run Linux, giving the Ataribox the capability of playing both classic Atari games and mid-tier PC titles.  The Ataribox comes in two eye-catching finishes – a sleek glossed black with either a wood finish combination or an all glossed black look with red highlights. This device can sit on any table or drawers in the home and never look out of place. With quite an appealing aesthetic, the Ataribox will be sure to raise eyebrows and rekindle nostalgic memories once it’s released and in the homes of many come the Spring of 2018.
