Anyone who knows me, is pretty well aware that marriage isn’t really in my vocabulary anymore. But that doesn’t stop me from appreciating the work it takes to make someone else’s big day. Few things are more important on a wedding day (apart from both partners turning up; the ring being secure; and nobody objecting during the ceremony) than the cake. Very few weddings are without such a centrepiece.
