Guess who’s back from a different era. A.I. being used to recreate hip hop classics is a welcome trend, (as long as you don’t take them too seriously), but THIS one came as a complete shock. ‘Without Me’ in the style of the 1950’s is just an blistering explosion of blindsiding bewilderment. The flow has been changed, but the delivery doesn’t suffer when taking Em’s style, putting it into an African American’s voice, and listening through the lense of that time period. There is simply nothing left to say… just take a listen.
