The 34-year-old MC faced one second-degree weapons charge after he was found with a loaded firearm on New York’s Upper West Side in July 2007, the statement said. Ja Rule will also be registered as a gun offender. “Despite having some of the strongest anti-gun laws in the nation, gun violence continues to plague this city,” District Attorney Cyrus R.
