Kim Kardishan’s Lifestyle Gets Shut Down.

…My bad, we forgot the word App. But the cancellation of the decade-old mobile game featuring Kim Kardashian has stirred considerable disappointment among its millions of players. Set in Hollywood, the game allowed players to embark on their virtual journey with Kardashian herself lending her voice. However, the announcement of the game’s closure in April has prompted fans to petition Kardashian for a reconsideration, while others are spending their digital savings lavishly or making drastic decisions within the game.

For many players, the game provided a platform to explore different identities and experiences not always accessible in real life. Players could pursue careers, fashion ventures, and even relationships within the virtual Hollywood landscape. One dedicated player, Peppur Triplett, had meticulously crafted her avatar into a successful entrepreneur over the past decade.

Despite its success, Kardashian has decided to focus on other endeavors, including her skincare brand and legal studies. The game, developed by Glu Mobile in 2014, closely mirrored Kardashian’s real-life activities, with even her family members making appearances within the game.

The game’s closure has sparked confusion among players, with some questioning the decision and others feeling a deep emotional attachment to their virtual lives. Gia Barker, who discovered a community of players on Reddit, started a petition to save the game, garnering thousands of signatures. Meanwhile, longtime player Elise Kartal plans to indulge in reckless behavior within the game’s final days, reflecting on the uncertain future now that the game is coming to an end.
