Meta has officially introduced several new AI smart glasses, expanding beyond its earlier Ray-Ban-focused lineup. The new models are called the Fury, Adventurer, and Starfire Kylie Edition, each with different styles and sizes. The Fury has a larger, bolder look, while the Adventurer is slimmer and more lightweight. The Kylie Edition, created with Kylie Jenner, has a rounder design and includes special features like a Meta AI voice inspired by Kylie and a charging case with a built-in mirror. All models work with prescription lenses.
Even though the glasses no longer carry Ray-Ban branding, Meta still worked with EssilorLuxottica on manufacturing and lenses. Meta says the change is about offering more styles and reaching different price points. The glasses also come in several colors, including black, tortoise, merlot, sandstone, and racing green. New comfort upgrades include adjustable nose pads, bendable temple tips, and flexible hinges for larger head sizes. There is also a new action button on the glasses arm that can quickly launch Meta AI or other customizable features.
Most of the hardware and features are similar to previous Meta smart glasses, including a 12-megapixel camera, 3K video recording, and up to 8 hours of battery life. The biggest software update is Muse Spark, Meta’s newer AI assistant, which feels faster and more conversational than before, although it still struggles at times with understanding what users are looking at. The new glasses are available now through Meta and major retailers. The Fury and Adventurer start at $299, while the Starfire Kylie Edition starts at $399.
