A show on Peacock about a million dollar heist titled “Fight Night” starring Kevin Hart. Not only is this an attention grabber, but Samuel L. Jackson, Terrance Howard, Taraji P. Henson, Don Cheadle, Samuel L. Jackson, and Terrence Howard help make up this fantastic cast as well.
The story follows a dramatic event that took place on the night of Muhammad Ali’s famous 1970 comeback fight. This armed robbery not only changed one man’s life but also helped transform Atlanta into what is now known as the “Black Mecca.”
Kevin Hart plays a hustler named Chicken Man, who throws an afterparty to celebrate the fight. The guest list includes some of the wealthiest people in the country. However, the night takes a dark turn when it ends with one of the most daring heists in Atlanta’s criminal history.
Chicken Man is suspected of planning the crime, and he is determined to prove his innocence. To clear his name, he must convince his old enemy, J.D. Hudson, played by Don Cheadle. J.D. Hudson is one of the first Black detectives in Atlanta’s newly integrated police force and is in charge of finding and bringing the culprits to justice.
