Dave Chappelle is BACK. (again)… (AGAIN).

It started with “The Age Of Spin”, and has spun out of control from there with the resurgence of Dave Chappelle. He’s gone from Comedy Central show host to legend as soon as he quit the Chappelle show, and seemingly out of nowhere, his return rocked the comedy scene. The promotional ads for his newest Netflix special seem to ask the same question, how do you finish a run of HOURS of comedy that has been this prolific. Since Chappelle started his first special with Morgan Freeman narrating, comedy fans and audiences alike have been waiting for an epic conclusion while never wanting them to end at the same time. Take a look as some of the promos as you may be waiting anxiously for TOMORROW, October 5th, 2021. ‘The Closer’ can only be followed by the wait for whatever Chappelle decides to do next.

Benedict Cumberbatch, the star of “Sherlock,” The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug and the upcoming The Imitation Game, has, according to Deadline, taken the leading role in Marvel Studios’ Doctor Strange.  Doctor Strange is based on the character created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, who made his first appearance in 1963′s “Strange Tales” #110. It follows the adventures of Stephen Strange (nodded at in this year’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier), a brilliant neurosurgeon who, following a car accident, loses precision in his hands. His quest to regain his former skills sets Strange on a path to become the “Master of the Mystic Arts.”  Although no official release date has been set for the film, the time table for production would lead one to believe that Doctor Strange will land on the July 8, 2016 release date that Marvel has already bookmarked for a theatrical release.

The Dark Knight Rises DVD.

As it continues to bring in no shortage of cash in cinemas around the world, attention is nonetheless slowly turning as to when Christopher Nolan’s final Batman film, The Dark Knight Rises, is heading to DVD and Blu-ray. And we might just have the first hint of an answer.

Amazon Germany is generally one of the first to go live with a release date, and it’s now got both the DVD and Blu-ray of The Dark Knight Rises up for pre-order. The artwork isn’t finalised, but the site is listing Friday 30th November 2012 as when to expect the film. That’s not generally used as a holding date for Amazon Germany either, which tends to use 28th December as a list date for titles where it’s not got a firm release date hammered down.

Friday isn’t a traditional day to release a DVD/Blu-ray into the world, granted, but Warner Bros has made high profile exceptions in the past. The other rumored date that has been doing the rounds is Friday 7th December, but Amazon Germany is the first shopping site we’ve seen that’s officially come forward with any date.

And take a look at an amazing fan made trailer for the entire Dark Knight Trilogy…

The All New Jaguar F-Type.

Jaguar has released new details of its latest model at the New York Motor Show, as it continues a turnaround set to see it become a global luxury car brand.  The new F-Type is the spiritual successor of the Jaguar E-Type, one of the world’s most legendary roadsters and now a much sought-after collectible around the world.

Revealed at the New York event, the F-type will launch as a convertible with a range of engines and will offer just two seats, putting it in the same range as other performance models such as the Porsche 911 and Mercedes-Benz SL.

Performance wise, it’s believed that the aluminium model will offer a top speed of over 180 mph (289 km/h) and a 0-60 mph (97km/h) range of under five seconds.

In a video designed to underline the driver-focused nature of the new car, Formula One star Martin Brundle commented “the first thing I noticed is that it turns in beauitfully, it’s got so much grip my ribs are in the side of the seat.”

The F-Type production model will be revealed later this year and is expected to go on sale in 2013, Jaguar said.  The paint job in the photos isn’t necessarily my swag, but I’m sure in a solid color the car looks even more beastly.
