We know, we KNOW, we’ve missed a few trailers over recent times. (‘Good Burger 2‘ for instance) but, no one on the new writing team could let this one slide. The first trailer for George Miller’s Mad Max: Fury Road prequel, now officially titled Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, debuted earlier tonight during Warner Bros.’ CCXP panel, and has now been released online in all its action-packed glory.
The trailer tells us that this story begins 45 after the collapse (we’re a bit confused about that timeline as well), as we see a young Furiosa (Anya Taylor-Joy) being taken from her home in the Green Place of Many Mothers and getting swept up in a feud between ruthless warlords Dementus (Chris Hemsworth) and Immortan Joe (Tom Burke), who looks pretty much the same as he did in Fury Road.
