Since last year after the first official look at Robert Pattinson as “the Batman”, It’s been the scourge of the internet… this growing infectious plague of fake “Trailer 2”s all over the internet.  They were comprised of shots from other Batman films, (mainly the “dark knight” trilogy among other things, and while we respect anyone doing any editing and having the biscuits to blast their work on YouTube, we just wanted a real second trailer. Thanks to the DC Fandome event, we finally got one.  From the incredible transformation that Collin Farrel made into ‘The Penguin’ to Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, to the incredible shots of Batman being crop dusted with bullets and walking at leisurely pace to disarm and destroy his enemies… this is the second look we’ve been waiting for. The second trailer also renews faith that although the cast may be new, we never have to worry that the Batman fans of the world will ever run out of stories to bring to screen.  Check out an additional trailer breakdown from friend of the blog Mr. Sunday Movies, just incase speculation is your thing.
