Sometimes Watch By Denis Guidone

Sometimes-Brass-final sometimes-brass2

Sometimes by Italian designer Denis Guidone was produced by American brand Projects. The watch appears to have three hands: one short, one medium and one long. The medium and long hands mark the hours and minutes. However the shortest, which marks the seconds, is simply a line printed on a disk positioned at the center of the watch face. Periodically, the second ticker will align with the other two hands, joining them into one long, straight line. The Sometimes watch comes with a detachable strap that is fed through loops on the the back of the watch case.

Angelina Jolie’s Jerlery Collection.

The Style of Jolie jewelry line designed in collaboration between Angelina Jolie and Robert Procop is set to go on display in the South of France this summer via two month-long pop-ups.  An array of necklaces, earrings and bracelets worn by the actress at various movie premieres will hit the Grand Hotel in Cap Ferrat and Monaco‘s prestigious Hotel de Paris concurrently between July 15 and August 15.  The movie star showcased her jewelry collaboration during an expo at Julien’s Gallery in Beverly Hills back in April last year, while the new French exhibition is set to showcase some additional new jewels.

Proceeds from the sale of the jewelry will be donated to the star’s charitable foundation, the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, which helps children in need across the globe.  As well as teaming up with Jolie for the Style of Jolie collection, leading gemstone specialist Procop has close links with the Hollywood actress after designing the engagement ring fiancé Brad Pitt offered her earlier this year.  The actor was said to have had a key input in the design of the $250,000 ring, which took 12 months to make, and features a stunning oblong-shaped rock inset into a thick ribbed band.  While the jewels are normally only available to view by private appointment, the pop-up showcases will give unprecedented access to the line.

B.ez.

B.ez the brand is an ambiguous experimentation found at the intersection of three different, but like-minded individuals. It encompasses an attempt to use the creative mind as the vessel for freedom of expression on the quest to chase one’s dreams and ambitions.  B.ez is not your father’s t-shirt brand nor is it shaking up the clothing industry. B.ez is not claiming to be a revolutionary brand that will change your life nor is it some unexplainable movement. B.ez is simply making moves. It’s not for everyone; find out if it’s for you.

The b. is the ‘action’. It means stop talking about doing the things you want to do and just do them. Be true to yourself and just b. you.  The ez is the ‘how’. The mood at which to handle your goals.  It’s important to always be humble in your quest for success, as this will keep you in the right circles in the future.  The octopus is the symbol of our brand; it represents creativity, wisdom, and a sense of mystery. We feel it suits our endeavors favorably and we are enjoying manipulating its appearance for the sake of intrigue.

Monica Bellucci For Dolce & Gabbana.

Monica Bellucci has teamed up with Dolce & Gabbana for a limited edition lipstick line designed to reflect a woman’s “state of mind”.  After the announcement of Kate Winslet’s charity makeup line for French beauty giant Lancôme last year, Italian star Bellucci is the latest actress to venture into the realm.  Called the Monica Lipstick Collection, the range will comprise six shades costing $32 each and is scheduled to hit stores May 12.  “The idea for the collection was to create different shades, different colors depending on your mood of the day, your state of mind,” the actress told WWD February 17.  “I love all shades in the collection and feel drawn to the different colors, depending on how I feel.”  The advertising campaign for the Monica Lipstick Collection was captured by photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, known for their work with the likes of Louis Vuitton, Missoni and Giorgio Armani.  Evoking classic Italian cinema, it is set to run in publications across Italy, America, the UK, Russia and the Middle East this May.  Bellucci is also a new face of the Italian fashion house’s beauty collection, joining other Dolce & Gabbana Make Up actress front women Scarlett Johansson and Felicity Jones.

“I’m honestly just learning about fashion,” Kunis told WWD January 5, adding she’s a “jeans and T-shirt” type.  In Kunis’s just-released images for Dior, the star can be seen showcasing the latest versions of the Miss Dior handbag.  Kunis’s Dior Spring campaign, shot by Mikael Jansson, will break in international fashion publications starting January 15.
