With all the controversy surrounding New Jersey’s Hot 97 Summer Jam, it’s a shame that some of the best performances were overshadowed by a performance that didn’t even happen. (And before anyone jumps up my nose with the fact that Hot 97 is a New York radio station… the concert was HELD in New Jersey.)
