The First Wonder Woman Trailer Is Here.

Last week I was treated to a tour of Warner Brothers facilities by some folks who work there, and one of the greatest thing I got to see was an exclusive look at Wonder Woman.  I wasn’t able to say anything about the footage I saw until this very morning when Warners released the first official trailer for the 2017 action film.  Check out the trailer below.

Following the first look at Elizabeth Banks as Rita Repulsa, EW has debuted the updated costumes the young heroes of the Power Rangers reboot will sport. They’re immediately recognizable, (more or less) but fans may still take issue with some of the radical changes to the classic outfits.

According to director Dean Israelite, the costumes are actually “translucent extraterrestrial armor that crystallizes around their bodies.” He continues: “Ours is an alien costume that grows on them, that’s not man-made. You can’t win everyone over, but we are trying to appeal to a more mature audience and gain new fans.”

The Wrecking Orchestra’s Tron Dance.

tron_legacy_promo_image_disc_game_03There are many impressive dance groups out there, all deserving of recognition, but not too many videos have had as much impact as the ‘Tron Dance’ from The Wrecking Orchestra.  This video isn’t the newest, but I felt the need to throw it up simply because every time I run into it on the web, I just can’t help remember how excited I was the first time I saw it.  Check the method below.

The New Spiderman.

Behold. The newest Spider-Man is here in all his dark, mysterious, side-lit glory.  Here’s the first official shot from director Marc Webb’s upcoming revamp starring Andrew Garfield. And it looks like our friendly neighborhood webslinger has had a bad day.  Not only does he appear to have been battered around—maybe by a lizard tail?—but he’s bummed enough to go strolling down the street without his mask on. True, it’s New York City, where people might not give a guy in a skintight bodysuit a second glance, but why take the chance?  Still, our fave part about this pic is the backpack. For all his power, you can’t forget Peter Parker is still a high school student. Yes, he might save the world, but he still has to get his homework done.  No one ever said being super was easy.
