Marvel Studios executive Brad Winderbaum explained that the Marvel Television projects operate much like the rest of the MCU, with “a small, tight-knit group of producers” ensuring the worlds and characters feel cohesive even when stories differ in tone or genre. He emphasized that while projects may not share major plot points, they are designed to exist within the same universe. “You can read a Daredevil and Spider-Man comic, and you’re looking at two completely different lenses of the world and of New York City,” Winderbaum said, adding that the goal is for each to “feel like the same city even though they’re completely different in tone.”

While Winderbaum didn’t reveal much about Daredevil: Born Again Season 2, he confirmed that The Punisher Special Presentation has finished filming and is now in editing. “It’s wrapped up. We’re in editorial now… Beautiful piece, and incredibly acted by Jon. It’s really emotional and wild,” he said. He also cautioned fans not to expect deeply intertwined storylines, explaining, “They’re part of the world, but I wouldn’t put too much faith in big, strong narrative connections.” Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 is set to debut on Disney+ in March 2026, with The Punisher Special Presentationexpected before Spider-Man: Brand New Day hits theaters on July 31, 2026.
