As far as unconventional collaborations go, this ones isn’t really too unconventional. It would make sense that two beautiful Spanish speaking musical acts would collaborate on a track together. Punterãa is much more than a latin pop track. The video paints the picture of an otherworldly fantasy… men centaurs and all. (Feel free to insert your own “horse sized genitals” joke in there yourself). Cardi takes on a bit of an accent that she doesn’t normally dawn in her raps, and does some singing/rapping in Spanish which is dope way of showing off her multi-lingual talents. Those classic Shakira dance moves are on display, and we think it’s dope for an almost 50 year old. (She like some others in show business doesn’t seem to age). Everyone in the video seems to be having fun in there, even Cardi B riding a centaur (take that in whatever way you want, lol) and the song nicely drapes classic “foreign planet fantasy stuff” visuals.
