This is not the traditional movie preview that we normally post, because it’s not a movie… (and it came already on March 29th). But moreover, the subject matter is a bit off key. ‘A Gentleman In Moscow’ looks to be quite entertaining none the less. The story of (very British) Ewan McGregor’s Russian character Alexander Rostov is placed in a hotel following a botched trial in a type of… house arrest? (hotel arrest? we don’t know) and while the rest of Russia shats in its slacks, he has to sit back with a colorful cast of characters and watch. Based on an already good book of the same name, there’s mystery and intrigue and all the usual, but what seems to set this interesting Paramount+ series apart from the rest, is the dialogue, wit, and the likability of most of the characters in the trailer.
