Using physical movements to manipulate sound is something that people see in future movies, (we don’t know why, but Blade Runner comes to mind). ‘Proximidi’ is a brand new piece of tech that allows you to basically play an instrument without touching anything. It’s extremely fascinating to watch someone play around with, or to generally make music, but more than it just looking cool, it seems to open the door for lots of experimental triumphs.

By this we mean, play around with it like a child, and you’ll find some cool stuff and “oh sh*t son” moments. In the music business “OH sh*t son!” is generally a good omen. Sold by ‘Coper & Cedar’ and created by Ruben Dax, this fancy little do-dad can be found by clicking any of the media below. Check out how it works. The price is even as spectacular as the demonstration.
