Throwback Thursday: “Redman – Da Goodness”
Growing up, people have all sorts of firsts in their lives. Their first movie, their first trip to the mall, the first time they heard a certain song; all of these can be pretty powerful memories. ‘Da Goodness’ from Redman, released in 2000 wasn’t the first rap song I had ever heard, but it was the first rap video I remember watching. Played out like a video game, it was something I remembered till this day, (even though Busta Rhymes is absent from this version). Check the method.
