This New Pad Might Just Be… reMarkable.
We live in a time where we are constantly bombarded with information. Distractions from social media notifications, emails, breaking news and pop up messages have become the norm. Has our love for technology made us blind? Have we lost our ability to focus on what really matters? We have to modify technology before it modifies us. Check the short two videos below.
X-House in Barcelona
The Spanish design team at Cadaval & Sola-Morales designed the amazing X-House in Barcelona. The name describes it all with this particular residence. Crowned the ‘X-House,’ this remarkable contemporary dwelling is shaped like a massive letter X. The home features four separate triangular recesses, with one of them offering breathtaking views from where the cliff top home resides. The two story home features a parking area, access to the home, as well as the master suite and studio. The social living spaces are all located on the bottom floor of the property. A roof top patio for entertaining provides the perfect finishing touch.

Photographer Michael Patrick O’Leary admires the strong personality of his models. This is especially remarkable fact considering that all his models are residents Baltimore Zoo: lions, giraffes, flamingos and other exotic animals.
