Lia Sabella’s Island Suite.

As much as we’d like it to be, this isn’t a tour of Lia Sabella’s personal island suite, however, it’s something we’d love even more… Her 3rd EP “Island Suite”. The 7 track project features production primarily from ‘F1rst Class’, and is elegantly and filled out with Lia’s mellifluous singing. The songs range in topics like relationships, emotional compromise, and distressing in such a way as to connect with listeners on an emotional level, leaving them feeling relaxed. From the beautiful imagery to the quality of sounds, and fluidity of the entire project, “Island Suite” is one to definitely lay back and relax to, no matter what you may be feeling inside. Take a listen to “Vacation” below, just for a taste of an EP that is for sure to be on repeat in your headphones soon.

Click any of the photos to stream or download the entire R&B project produced by F1rst Class, and once again, beautifully sung by Lia Sabella. If the sultry sounds of this EP don’t leave you in a great place wherever you are, they will definitely make you want to take a getaway… Just look at how relaxed she looks.

R. Kelly featuring 2 Chainz – My Story

R-Kelly-Taps-2-Chainz-For-New-Single-My-Story

The ‘Pied Piper’ himself R. Kelly unleashes his latest musical melody titled “My Story” via the internet today – and it’s everything you would expect from the R&B legend. Featuring Atlanta word smith 2 Chainz for an added rhythmic appeal, the below single reminds us of the artist’s story, as Kelly divulges an autobiographical account of his life through the use of his patented sing-song rap mash-up. “My Story” is expected to be on R. Kelly’s forthcoming Black Panties album, although there has been no official announcement in that regard.

Mario_Nicki-Minaj_Somebody-Else

R&B artist Mario makes his return with the official single “Somebody Else” ft. Nicki Minaj, a summer bump for anyone with a broken heart, someone who wasted their time on someone who wasn’t worth in the long run and woofer speakers to blast their emotions through song.

He always impressive, Lecrae, is back with a new set of visuals for his track “Confessions”. Lecrae always delivers dope videos that not only bring his bars to life, but provide a message in the process. “Confessions” is a deep, hard hitting, thoughtful number that finds Lecrae speaking from his heart while he hangs out and shows us the wolves.

Miguel featuring Kendrick Lamar – How Many Drinks (Remix)

After releasing a remixed version of “How Many Drinks,” the power duo of Miguel and Kendrick Lamar return with the visual accompaniment to the song. The music video preserves a sense of classic R&B, with Miguel truly channeling his inner all-around showman – performing nifty leg twists while boasting an expansive vocal range. Kendrick and Miguel seem to have a great deal of fun in the video, which serves as a suitably mellow parallel to an already silky track.

Bobby V – Mirror ft. Lil Wayne.

Bobby V can’t get enough of the ladies in “Mirror,” the first single off his Dusk Till Dawn LP due October 2. While the R&B singer has his hands full as he’s surrounded by mirrors, Lil’ Wayne drops in looking for love.

Candy Pillay.

Candice Pillay was born June 10th, 1981 in the small town of Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. The model (who also goes by Candy) has apparently had a love for the stage and performing as well. Her East Indian heritage combined with a love for R&B and Soul music makes for her remarkable sound and style. She grew up in a musical family, and began singing in her church at the age of 5. She left her home in South Africa and moved to the States to further both her modeling and her career. She lived in New York and recorded and performed her music there, playing at various clubs and parties. Candy later moved to Los Angeles where she continues her music career with recording, performance and radio work. Candy has since branched out into a part-time modeling career in, fashion-runway, print and spokes-model work.

Dream Big, Hustle Hard.

Rob Scott & Carlo P

Its only every so often you see an artist with the potential to take over the world before he’s started, but Rob Scott is a name that some may not have heard, but will be familiar with very soon. A couple of my boys accompanied Rob Scott to Miami for the “Dream Big, Hustle Hard” Showcase, and were not the least bit suprised when he swept the competition. Check the video below. Shout outs to Rob Ru, Jose B., Carlo P., and Rob Scott, and don’t forget to listen for Rob’s music on ‘Cocktails & Condoms’.
