The Museum Of Nature.

The Finnish photographer Ilkka Halso made images of the nature in a possible future for his photo series ‘Museum of Nature’. To protect the remains of nature it is protected by human made constructions. By combining nature photography and 3D manipulation he sketches a distopian future of our planet’s natural beauty.

New Prada Phone By LG 3.0 For 2012.

LG and fashion label Prada are collaborating for the third time to release the first LG Prada smartphone, the Prada phone by LG 3.0.  The first LG Prada, also known as LG KE850, was the world’s first mobile phone to use a touchscreen display.  The teams behind the design and construction have offered a sneak peek into the handset that will be on offer next fall via an image released by the company.  Neither of the two concerned companies has revealed any information on the upcoming LG Prada phone.  Dr. Jong-seok Park, CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company, said, “Our working relationship with PRADA is unique in its longevity and success, something no other phone company and luxury brand have been able to replicate.”  Designer labels attached to phones is not a novelty these days considering the Hugo Boss Samsung Galaxy Ace or the BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9981 devices.

Paper Donut Makes Anamorphic Graffitti?

I know I for sure threw some people off with the name of this post, but so will these incredible pictures.  French collective Paper Donut has painted a series of walls with three-dimensional shapes.  The image above is part of an ad campaign for fashion store Sqwear, and the other two visuals are personal projects.

Costal Carnage – Art Of The Board.

Converse has partnered up with skateboard recycling company Art of Board for this year’s Coastal Carnage being held August 5-7 at the US Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach, CA. This short video goes behind the scenes with Art of Board founder Rich Moorhead who collects broken skateboard decks and reuses them to create paneling for interior spaces, offering a new sustainability route for the skate industry. There’s a saying I’ve been coming across quite a lot recently that states “Do Something Cool Every Day”.  Now, this doesn’t necessarily mean go indoor skydiving, or hook up with a model every day, but it means produce something cool, unique, or thought provoking every single day.  Artist David Schwen has done just that, (and since he puts something out EVERY day, his collection is quite extensive) so I’ve spit it into two parts.  Check the first set below, and stay tuned for the second set tomorrow.
