So many topics have been broached in Hip Hop, and in music in general, but not too often do you find someone willing to openly tell a story about the difficulties of dating outside your race. That was the first thing that caught my attention when watching the video for the track “N*gger In A Northface”. The song is extremely well written, and gets right under the armpit of the issue. Personally I believe in a person’s right to fall in love with whoever they damn well please… but we all know that the entire world doesn’t share this view, and the video below provides some pretty perfect examples.
