So a while back I put up a post about the ‘I Am Still Music‘ tour featuring Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Travis Barker, Young Money, and of course the infamous Nicki Minaj. But little did we who attended know, DJ Scoob Doo was filming scenes for Minaj’s single “Did It On Em”. The (now official) video features scenes from many of the different tour locations, including Oakland. Check the method below.
“Recovery of Detroit” is a dope, and actually unexpected mini-documentary by Eminem and his people about his newest concert series in Detroit staring Eminem, D12, Drake, Jay-Z, and Dr. Dre. The core of the 6 minute film is set around Em obviously, but also takes a look at the economic status of his home city and how people are looking on the brighter side of things when it comes to the city’s “economic resurrection”. I’m a huge Em fan, so obviously I was enthralled, but all in all the mini movie gives an interesting insight into Eminem’s physical recovery, and the “Revocery of Detroit.” Check the method.

I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again, I’m happen to be a tremendous Eminem fan, and have been since he first came out. I’m well aware there was a period when he started to lose the “Slim Shady” that made him an undeniable force in the rap game, and I remember what that music used to sound like. I’m super excited that he’s back in the game, and I was juiced when I heard about his new track with B.O.B., however when the song started, it just reminded me of when Em was losing his Shady so to speak… This lasted for about 13 seconds until Eminem blasted off on a lyrical tangent about Angelina J. giving head, and how Brat Pitt doesn’t can’t do anything about it. After that, the song was all uphill from there, and truly reminded me of the ultra-witty rhyme-style Em had back in the day. That in combination with B.O.B. gracing the track with his presence, this one is a sure thing for the repeat bin in my iPhone.
So the track “Home Run” by Juelz Santana and Lil Wayne has been out for over a year, but Juelz recently decided to release the video. Maybe he was busy dipsetting, or perhaps he wanted to wait for a critical point when the video would best benefit both parties, whatever the case is, check the method below and enjoy.

Now normally one of the deciding factors as to weather or not I’m a fan of the music I listen to is the quality. Luckily the New Jersey artist Kwality has all that and more. The track “Ballin” showed up on my radar a few weeks ago, and after a quick talk the South Plainfield emcee, I knew I had to throw the song up for download. When I spoke with Kwality about the song, he said “I have not reached that pinnacle of my career yet, but I am determined to establish myself into a wealthy young man in the future. I know my hard work and dedication will pay off. This song is for everyone who has a dream of being wealthy. Do not stop at a dream, push to make it reality.” Kwality has worked with various Jersey based artists, B.Cole, Paperface, C-Po (producer), yours truly and DJ Bhrama Bull are all among the list. This year he plans to release his self-proclaimed EP entitled “Tough Love” as well as his mixtape entitled “Kwality Music”. Both will be available on iTunes when released, but some of his earlier material can be found on Reverb Nation.

Earlier this afternoon I got to take a listen to one of Drizzy’s new releases entitled “I Get Lonely Too”. Although its more along the lines of his R&B material, instead of the hard spitting Drake that some fans have been dying for, It’s still got quite the memorable beat, and is sure to be played more than once by both the casual listener, and the the hardcore fan.
