On Set with Young Jeezy & Lil Wayne.

It seems like in the entertainment business, just as in life, some friendships never diminish.  Young Jeezy and Lil Wayne have teamed up multiple times in the past on tracks in the past, and now that Young Jeezy is back from his “absence”, they’re back at it again.  The track Ballin has been climbing up the rap radio station playlists for a few weeks now, so it’s only right that they shoot a video.  Check some of the behind the scenes footage below.

Kaaydah Marie.

This model post has a bit more gravity than most of the other models I’ve posted up in the past.  I want to address some issues with this one.  Now, friends, fans, clients and colleagues all talk to me with the impression that I’ve got an inoperable ‘jungle fever’ tumor somewhere in my brain.  I just want to make it clear that this is very untrue.  I don’t care who you are, or what your into, there’s no denying that Kaaydah Marie is 19 types of ridiculously hot.  Kaaydah grew up in Ontario Canada and is of Jamaican and English descent. She graduated from high school at the early age of 16 and proceeded to college for DePaul University on her freshman year on a full scholarship for the 100M.  Sexy, athletic and intelligent, she has graduated from IADT Downtown Chicago in Fashion Merchandising Management Major and she is starting her Pre-Med program this year. Kaaydah definitely has many goals and luckily she models on the side for fun to share her beauty with her audience.  Kaaydah has been featured in Fabolous Feat. The Dream “Throw It In A Bag”,  SHOW Magazine, Twista “Wetter”, the cover of Damn Girl Magazine, and the Fabolous Feat. Jeremiah “It’s My Time” video.  But look out for miss Kaaydah in more shoots, videos and magazines.

DJ Khaled ft. Plies, Rick Ross, T Pain, and Lil Wayne – Welcome To My Hood.

I was watching a program on the Sundance Channel titled “Brick City” which is mini series short about Newark, New Jersey, it’s mayor, and its citizens.  They discuss issues like violent crime reduction, gangs, and the people who protect the city.  During a commercial I got a text that said the “Welcome To My Hood” video dropped by DJ Khaled, Plies, Rick Ross, T Pain, and Lil Wayne, and I found it quite fitting.  Now lets keep in mind, by no means is Newark my hood, I’m South Plainfield all day.  But I’m a strong supporter of anything Jersey (besides the ‘Shore’), so I had to mention the EWR.  Below is the behind the scenes video for the shoot of “Welcome To My Hood” produced by T Pain’s team.  But to see the finished product, click the pic above for the official video.

Lil Wayne And Juelz Santana – Home Run (Official Video)

So the track “Home Run” by Juelz Santana and Lil Wayne has been out for over a year, but Juelz recently decided to release the video.  Maybe he was busy dipsetting, or perhaps he wanted to wait for a critical point when the video would best benefit both parties, whatever the case is, check the method below and enjoy.

Azzareya Crystal Curtis.

Azzareya Crystal Curtis one of the more exotic models I’ve ever come across, she has an Egyptian father and Brazilian mother, and was blessed with a whole lot of beautiful.  Currently residing in New Jersey, Ms. Curtis has maintained that wonderful figure she had obtained through playing track in high school, staying at 125lbs and still eating whatever she wants.  She has been in great demand, and has appeared in many magazines, from Black Men Magazine, King Magazine, Smooth Magazine and much more.  Moreover, she has also been hosting various shows, including some acting, as well as Capaign Ads & Billboard.  She has quite the extensive resume, appearing in videos with Busta Rhymes, Lenny Kravitz, Jay-Z, Fat Joe, Eminem, Lloyd Banks, Snoop Dog, LL Cool J, and Ludacris.

Moment 4 Life: Official Video.

Click the pic to watch the video.

The song “Moment 4 Life” has been blasting over the air waves for the last few months, but the video for the “Pink Friday” single is sure to be all over TV screens for months to come.  I was actually quite enthusiastic when I saw that the video has a definable premise (which is very a refreshing change from the mundane, story-less content that tends to saturate the hip hop airwaves).  The “Moment 4 Life” video opens with Nicki and her a fairy god mother, (played by herself) discussing what seems to be a set up for a Cinderella-ish story line without her having to scrub floors.  Interestingly enough there is some conversation about “Roman” and how he and Slim Shady were sent to boarding school for wreaking havoc over the internet, which is once again undoubtedly a shout out to Nicki’s hit single Roman’s Revenge.  But the  Cinderella story soon turns into a love story between Drake and Minaj, and there are some random shots of Nicki looking quite fine in the shots with her pink hair, although she looks like she’s having a bit of trouble moving.  At the end of it all, there’s a “fairy tale” wedding between Minaj and Drake, in which they stage a kiss.  Personally I don’t think the on screen kiss was real, but click the pic to watch the video and let me know what you think.

Baracka Flacka Flame.

So it’s been a long day, and I’ve been through quite a bit in the last 24 hours, but my boy Jeff just helped put a smile back on my face.  He came in from New York, to my place to chill, and shared the beauty of “Baracka Flacka Flame”.  I haven’t laughed this hard in days, and everyone else at the house is in stitches.  The video features a very real looking “Baracka” parading around to one of the more popular Wacka Flacka Flame songs, with original lyrics looking far more fearsome than he already does to white people in the south.  Rumor has it, the video already made it to CNN.  Check the method below, and tell me you didn’t at least once.

Snoop Dogg ft. Wiz Khalifa – That Good (Official Video)

On the way to my campus, I got a first look at the video for Snoop and Wiz’s video for ‘That Good’.  I’ve always loved the song, and was impressed by the music video, so I had to throw it up.  Before the video though, I also ran into some folks on the train that asked me why I hadn’t blogged in an alarming two days, lol.  I just want to make it clear to all my readers, that I try to post 5 or 6 times a day, but at the end of the day, I’m still just a college student as busy as everyone else, so my apologies if every so often I go a day or two without posting.  But moving right along, check the video for “That Good” below.

The Cool Kids – Big Talk (Official Video)

‘The Cool Kids’ never cease to amaze be it with lyrical swag, or ridiculous beats, check the official video for “Big Talk”.

N.E.R.D. – Hypnotize U (Official Video)

Gangrene – The Sickness

.

The group Gangrene (comprised of The Alchemist and Oh No) have dropped one of the dopest videos I’ve seen in quite some time. Refreshingly unique, and super raw, the video for ‘The Sickness’ is as far away from mainstream BET as one could possibly get. Oh No’s opening verse is lyrically voracious, with visuals to match, over one of the nicest beats Alchemist has dropped in a while. (Of course that’s just my opinion). The other unique aspect of the song is that there is no real chorus, just samples taken from different media. Check the method below.

I Don’t Like The Look Of It – Music Video

I got a sneak peek at the new Gudda Gudda ft. Lil Wayne video last week, and was finally allowed to drop it today.  The video features a new beat, and is missing the signature “I don’t like the look of it”, Willy Wonka sample.  I’m still not sure how I feel about the new re-worked beat, but It’s already on BET, so I guess soon enough people who were used to the original will have to re-adjust to the changes.  Check the method below.

Rob Scott – Can’t Be Friends

Rob Scott

A few weeks ago I shouted out the winner of the “Dream Big, Hustle Hard” showcase Rob Scott, and as I’ve said before, I’m a true Rob Scott fan, so I was juiced when I saw the video for his song “Can’t Be Friends”.  The video, released by MS Productions, is wonderfully shot, and features excellent black and white shots to compliment the track and the overall vibe of the song.  Check the method below, and click here to see more videos from Rob.

LLoyd Banks – Love & Hate

Jin – “Angels”

Anybody remember Jin, the ‘blazin asian’ who made a killing on “106 & Park’s” Freestyle Friday?  Well if you do, you remember him, you know he was an unofficial freestyle champ for quite sometime, until he was crushed by the likes of Serious Jones, Iron Solomon… and like 7 other people.  But apparently he’s back, and is new video “Angels” seems to be something to talk about.

Styles P, Ft. Sheek Louch & Tyler Woods – Mr. Invincible

Not For Me.

Recently Duckworth of  Tokyo 24 recorded the song “Not For Me 1.4.3″, and is now releasing a short video reflecting the theme of track.  The soft melodic sounds of “Not For Me” accompanied by an anime scene in which a girl is attempting to give her “love” to a boy, which is a metaphor for the message of the song.  To get some other news about Duckworth and Tokyo 24, click the pic to check out the new ‘Tour with Tokyo’ blog.

My Chick Bad Remix Video.

Watch the "My Chick Bad (Remix)" video here.

I’m quite sure that everyone has heard the second single off the most recent Ludacris album “Battle of the Sexes” entitled ‘My Chick Bad’.  I’m almost just as certain the same number of people have heard the remix featuring Diamond, Trina, and Eve.  But what I believe most may not have seen is the music video for the wildly popular remix to ‘My Chick Bad’.  So click the pic to check it out.

Lady Gaga’s Explicit Telephone Video

As many may have heard, E! News premiered the brand new 9 minute video to Lady Gaga’s “Telephone” Thursday night.  The super sexual, vulgar, and graphic video is a bit too much for stations like VH1, or MTV, but is here for all to see in its entirety.  Check out the “Telephone” by Lady Gaga ft. Beyonce by clicking the pic.
