Use-Nintendo-Gameboy-as-Android-Gamepad-1

Once Nintendo Gameboy was the most favorite gaming consol. Now again you can revive those memories. A geek at Instructables has hijacked the Dot Matrix Gameboy and gutted it to take advantage of an Android Gamepad. The smart-jacking procedure involves a Wii Controller IME and a faulty Dot Matrix Gameboy that has no use nowdays. The Gameboy, after the successful alteration into Gamepad, works for any application or game that involves Android keyboard input and needs only a Bluetooth connection to get connected with android tablet/phone. Currently, it’s only been tested on Galaxy Nexus and as a SNES emulator but may work for any Android based tablet or phone, as said by its creator.

The Turntable Riders.

You know the situation.  You want to go for a ride on your bike and mix some music at the same time.  Normally you’d have to settle on just doing one or the other.  Not anymore.  My homegirl’s jaw literally hit the floor watching this.  And even I don’t even know what to say. I mean, that is simply way too dope. I can totally envision crazy competitions that involve using your skills at both biking and mixing… and I really like what I see.  The technology in question is called a Turntable Ride by Cogoo.

Classical Musicians Finally Getting High-Tech.

Ah orchestra. Twas not long ago when I was playing in a band and one of my biggest peeves was carrying butt loads of sheet music. The EMS (E-paper Music Score) solves that mess by using E-paper technology. This single flexible screen can be unrolled and feed sheet music via bluetooth from a computer. Best part is the included foot peddle which virtually turns the pages. Clever clever.

The Jawbone Jambox.

JAMBOX delivers stunning hi-fi audio in a portable wireless speaker so compact you won’t believe it when you hear it. It’s loud. With an output capacity of 85 decibels, JAMBOX fills even the largest rooms. Unlike other portable speakers, JAMBOX is powered by a pair of proprietary, highly sophisticated acoustic drivers, unmatched in their ability to produce extreme high (tweeter) and low (woofer) frequencies from a single, ultra-small dome speaker.

They work in concert with an innovative moving-wall passive bass radiator and airtight enclosure to deliver shimmering highs and thumping lows that you can literally feel – the richest sound all in the palm of your hand.  JAMBOX is the only speaker in the world that gets smarter every time you plug it in.

Just sync it with Jawbone’s industry-first MyTALK online platform and JAMBOX downloads apps, software upgrades, and the latest features. Its integrated intelligence allows you to personalize JAMBOX to your specific preferences. No other speaker on the planet is intelligent and updateable – but then again, nothing else is quite like JAMBOX.
